All services are delivered digitally or through scheduled appointments.

3. Payment Terms

  • We accept online payments through Tap Payments.

  • All prices are listed in AED unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments must be completed before service processing begins.

  • You will receive an email confirmation after successful payment.

3.1 Payment Processing Fees (For Transparency)

The following rates apply to online payments processed through Tap Payments:

  • Local Cards: 2.5% + 1 AED

  • Regional Cards: 3.20% + 1 AED

  • Global Cards: 3.2% + 1 AED

  • Settlement Time: T+5 business days

These rates are determined by the payment processor and may be updated in accordance with their policies.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We follow a transparent and fair refund policy:

4.1 Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Service not initiated

  • Service unavailable or cancelled by us

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Services already processed

  • Government fees already paid

  • Customer delays or failure to provide required documents

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 working days.

4.2 Cancellations

  • You may request cancellation before the service begins.

  • Once processing has started, cancellation is not possible.

5. Delivery & Processing Timeline

  • All services are delivered digitally via email, WhatsApp, or in person.

  • Processing times vary depending on the service and government authorities.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external government entities.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information.

  • All customer data is kept confidential.

  • We do not share or sell your information to third parties.

  • Data is used only for service delivery and communication.

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the website
